 Charter Hall, Colchester's premier events service at Leisure World offers a range of entertainment, conference and hospitality facilities. Providing a choice of venues for a wide range of events, meetings and functions. From big to small we can host it all.
Charter Hall, Colchester's premier events venue, is a large, modern, multi-purpose venue, which annually hosts over 80 events entertaining over 50,000 people from Colchester and beyond.
Our exciting events programme includes comedians, concerts, orchestras, sporting tournaments, exhibitions and fairs, children's events and fashion shows, delivering enjoyable entertainment for all ages. Fully equipped with concert PA, lighting grid, modular stage and back stage facilities, the hall provides seating combinations for up to 1200 people at both tiered and floor level.
 For your business needs we offer 890 - 1500 sq m of adaptable space and meeting rooms for one to ones, interviews or team training.
For private functions for 50-1,200 people we provide the hospitality and meeting packages to suit family celebrations, breakfast business meetings and training seminars.
For large conferences of up to 1,200 delegates, major corporate functions and fine dinner dances, quality, expertise and experienced catering is provided by, the outside catering team of the award winning restaurant, Le Talbooth, supported by our in-house catering team.

- Colchester Leisure World, East Anglia's unrivalled health and fitness facility for sport, recreation and entertainment.
- Highwoods Sports Centre.
- Tiptree Sports Centre.
The sites provide ample free car parking spaces.

The Charter Hall Box Office. Open between 10am - 6pm Monday to Friday, 10am to 1pm
Saturdays, and 90 minutes prior to a weekend performance, a voice mail system is in operation when the line is busy so please do leave a message and the receptionist will return your call as soon as possible. Tickets may be subject to a postage, card fee and/or booking fee. Please do advise the receptionist of any special needs.
