Age Restrictions (unless otherwise stated)
For most events, children under the age of 3 years are free provided they sit on an adult's lap.
Children/juniors - up to 16 years
Adults only - 18 years and over
Refunds
We regret we cannot refund or transfer any tickets unless the event is cancelled. Customers who mislay tickets may be asked to wait until all other customers have been seated. This may be avoided if the Box Office is notified in advance. Should a show be cancelled every effort will be made to contact all customers in advance. Tickets will be refunded in all cases. Colchester Borough Council cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by the customer.
Conditions of Sale
The Management reserves the right to refuse entry. The Management reserves the right to make any changes to the programme owing to any unforeseen or unavoidable cause.
Merchandise
Merchandise is sold at some shows. Colchester Borough Council cannot be held responsible for any items purchased whilst on the venue's property.
Equality
Charter Hall provides a programme of events which meet the expectations of a broad range of customers. The Council does not endorse the content of all shows. The type of acts appearing at Charter Hall shall be clearly notified, displayed and advertised so that all customers are able to make an informed choice.
